This document explains how our Shopify app Scadia Dropship: Supplier Link (hereinafter referred to as "the app") collects, uses, and protects your personal data to achieve the purposes outlined in this document.

In addition, to fulfill and deliver orders placed in the merchant's store, the app may access and forward the following end-customer fields to the parties involved in fulfilling and delivering the order, such as suppliers, fulfillment partners, and delivery carriers:

• Name — used to identify the recipient on shipping labels, parcels, and related correspondence;
• Shipping address — used to ship the parcel to the correct delivery address;
• Email address — used to send the customer fulfillment, tracking, and delivery notifications, and to contact the customer about the order;
• Phone number — used to contact the customer about the delivery (for example, missed deliveries, delivery scheduling, or parcel-shop pickup) and about the order more generally.

These four fields are accessed on demand from the merchant's store and forwarded to the relevant fulfillment parties in the same operation. They are not stored in our database or backups and are redacted from our logs. The app does not use them for marketing or for any purpose unrelated to fulfilling the order.

Personal data may be freely provided by you, or, in case of Usage data, collected automatically when using the app. Unless specified otherwise, all data requested by the app is mandatory and failure to provide this data may make it impossible for the app to provide its services.

In cases where the app specifically states that some personal data is not mandatory, you are free not to communicate this data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the service.

You are responsible for any third-party personal data obtained, published or shared through the app.

The data is processed at our operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. End-customer name, address, email, and phone are not retained: they are accessed on demand, forwarded to the relevant fulfillment parties, and then discarded.
